As part of the Customer Services Team, the Customer Service Officer acts as the first point of contact for members of our community across multiple contact channels including face-to-face, phone, and emails.
The position's primary focus is providing a consistent, responsive, and outstanding customer experience while maximising first contact resolution.
We currently have an opportunity to join our Customer Service Team on a permanent part-time basis.
