About the Role This role is responsible for making delightful first impressions on our customers, being the face of Workskil. You will use your superstar administration skills to direct inquiries to the appropriate area, in a timely manner and provide operational support to your colleagues.
The successful candidate will find balancing day to day tasks easy with strong time management and organisational skills. You will be competent using the Microsoft suite and have experience taking accurate queries by phone and using a customer relationship management system. As the first point of contact for all visitors to the site, the CSO has a professional and friendly demeanour, even when dealing with a wide range of people, which can at times be challenging. Teamwork is paramount, as the site works closely to assist customers into quality employment.
This role is being offered on a part time (10 hours a week), ongoing basis and will be located at our Morley site. This challenging role will be a well sought after opportunity so we encourage you to submit your application at your earliest convenience.
About You To be successful in the role you will be able to:
Demonstrate excellent administration skills, attention to detail and computer literacy; including competent with Microsoft Office Suite;Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills;Demonstrate experience in a busy reception or front of house role dealing with a wide range of members of the public;Prove your ability to maintain a calm and professional approach when dealing with difficult situations;Demonstrate your ability to work with culturally or linguistically diverse people, ex-offenders, youth and disadvantaged groups;Awareness of the Employment Services industry and ability to prepare and edit resumes (desirable).You will also be required to:

Remuneration A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
