Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to actively listen, communicate effectively, and build strong client relationships.Professional communication etiquette, both over the phone and via email.Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to prioritize daily tasks efficiently while managing workloads, multitasking, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.Attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient handling of client inquiries and feedback.A proven ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes, with competency in Microsoft Office applications.A proactive approach to problem-solving with logical thinking and analytical skills.No specific qualifications required!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing professional assistance with day-to-day inquiries and feedback.
Actively listen to and interpret client communications to identify their needs and expectations.Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement meetings, ensuring open communication and understanding of their requirements.Conduct service review meetings with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
These meetings will form a critical part of your role's KPIs.Collaborate with laboratory staff to clearly communicate client requirements and work together to resolve issues efficiently.Deliver tailored solutions promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction and uphold Symbio's reputation for quality service.Document client interactions, including emails and phone calls, thoroughly and accurately for traceability and follow-up.Leverage software tools and systems to investigate and resolve client queries.Maintain strong organizational skills and efficiently manage tasks within a shared inbox to meet deadlines and service standards.What We Offer: You'll receive hands-on training and ongoing support to build your skills and grow in your career.
