About the Job As a Customer Service Officer, you will use your skills to provide high quality first point of contact customer service to participants and stakeholders.
You will manage the front desk of a high flow reception area, supporting staff with administration duties, answering phone calls and directing traffic to appropriate services.
Provide professional support and service to all customers of MatchWorks – including participants, employers, training organisations, support services and the general publicProvide information of servicing arrangement based on specific program of service (DES or Workforce Australia)Multitasking abilities to deal with customers face to face and on multiple incoming call linesEnsure scheduling of participants is met and consultants are advised of arrivalCarry out general administration duties including completion of invoice processing through internal systems, postage services, scheduling appointments, stationary ordering and making sure facilities are stocked and available for useSkills & Experience We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer.
We are after people who can provide a high level of customer service and engagement to assist those in the community with various barriers to employment to find suitable work.
This is an exceptionally rewarding position where no two days will be the same.
