We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team.
The successful applicant will have a positive attitude with good communication skills that can maintain consistent high levels of customer satisfaction.
Primary Accountabilities: Generating and populating Assessment & Completion Reports following job attendanceSubmitting reports, invoices and relevant documents to Insurance Companies and BuildersGenerate time, materials and labour in preparation for invoicing following job completionWork to deadlines to ensure Key Performance Indicators are met (KPI's)Answering phones and responding to email enquiriesAssist with general Admin duties where required, including data entry, database and file managementProvide administration support to customers, crew and all other relevant stakeholdersLiaise with customers including Insurance Companies and Builders for authorities, and key information on all allocationsCommunicate relevant information between Insurance Companies/Builders, Office Staff and attending TechniciansGenerate, review and format detailed contents inventory reportsOther relevant tasks and duties as requiredKey skills and attributes: Demonstrate intermediary competence in Microsoft Office suitesAbility to work unsupervised and independently with the ability to complete tasks and meet set deadlinesPossess a positive 'can-do' attitude to your work and being a team playerHow do your skills match this job?
