At Caneland Central, we are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team and contribute to creating a welcoming and satisfying shopping experience for our customers.What You'll Be DoingAs a Customer Service Officer, you'll represent the face of Caneland Central, ensuring our shoppers and retailers receive timely and accurate support.
Your responsibilities will include:Acting as a liaison between the Centre Management team, customers, and retailers.Providing accurate information and facilitating the sale or rental of 'value-add' services and mobility solutions.Supporting the promotion and marketing of the centre.Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the shopping centre.What We're Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you'll bring:Experience in sales, marketing, or administrative duties.A solid understanding of customer service principles.Knowledge of retail asset management (highly advantageous but not required).Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.Strong communication abilities, with a commitment to creating a positive customer experience.Position DetailsThis is a casual position, with approximately 2-3 shifts per week.
