As the Customer Service Officer, you will be supporting our Advisers with the delivery of high-quality service and the provision of professional and compliant advice to clients. In this role you will be completing research, preparing insurance quotes, assisting with the implementation of advice and helping manage ongoing service obligations. In addition, you will assist with answering phones, booking appointments, and general administration tasks as needed.If you are a career administrator with sound experience and a passion for financial advice, this is a great opportunity to join us.
