About this Position:We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our supportive and collaborative Customer Experience and Engagement team. This full-time role is central to delivering outstanding customer service to our residents, businesses, visitors, and key stakeholders, both within and outside the organisation. Your efforts will play a crucial role in enhancing the Council's reputation and fostering trust within the community.
What We can offer you:Flexible work options working within operational requirements.Employee Assistance and Health & Wellbeing Programs.Training and development opportunities.What we trust you to deliver:Provide exceptional customer service to manage and resolve the issues of both internal and external customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.Offer guidance and advice, and coordinate requests for additional information.Skilled in using a range of IT applications, including Excel, Word & desktop publishing.Provide accurate, constructive and relevant information in a professional manner.Contribute to practical suggestions for workplace improvements, dealing with complex customer enquiries.What you will need to be successful:Certificate III in Customer Service or equivalent, together with experience in a similar role.Consistently champion your knowledge base to ever-evolving customer needs.Open to new ideas and embrace change.Accurate with data input and administrative activities.A reliable and respectful team member who thrives on collaboration with others.Embody Council's values.Full Time: 70 hours a fortnight
Salary: From $63,266 p/a + superannuation
