This Big Four Bank is well established in the local community of Mudgee and is looking for a part-time Teller / Customer Service Officer to join their experienced team. The goal is to help customers achieve their financial goals by connecting them with the right products through a quality service.
Your new role

This is the perfect entry level banking role for any Commerce/ Finance/ Business graduate and/or candidate holding previous customer service, retail or hospitality experience looking to gain exposure in a Big 4 Bank.
Duties will include:
Delivering a high level of customer service in branch by understanding customers' individual needs and delivering tailored solutions Providing information and assistance on all financial service products including wealth, insurance, home loan and small business lending Completing initial applications for personal loans & credit cards Opening/closing general accounts and assisting with other product queries Working closely with the team and always putting the customer first whilst working to targets What you'll need to succeed A motivation to learn, a passion for banking and excellent customer service skills You will be a strong decision maker and problem solver Comfortable talking to people and building strong relationships Reliable and hard working with excellent communication skills The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work efficiently as part of a team What you'll get in return You will be trained in all products and processes by seasoned professionals Be part of a high-performing and collaborative team with a friendly and inclusive culture An hourly rate of $34.58 + Super An ongoing role in a supportive environment offering further development and training What you need to do now
