WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and technical staff. A strong ability to manage time effectively, handling multiple customer service appointments and inquiries with efficiency. Problem-solving skills, with the ability to offer solutions and set clear expectations for customers. A positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Experience working in a team environment with a customer-focused approach. WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Prior experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is preferred but not essential as we train you. A solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes. Strong computer literacy, including the ability to work with customer management systems and scheduling tools. A valid driver's license. A can-do attitude with the willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment. The ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
