Organisation: The Royal Children's HospitalOccupation: Customer Service/Call CentreReference: 12717Customer Service Officer, Gatehouse Sexual Assault ServiceFriendly and supportive team environmentWork for Australia's leading Children's HospitalAbout the RoleThis is a Permanent Full-Time position at 80 hours per fortnight within the Gatehouse Sexual Assault Service at The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH), Parkville.You will be responsible for performing a broad range of administrative and customer focused duties, involving a high level of interaction with children, young people and their families and various staff at the RCH. You will be part of a team, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of Gatehouse reception and appointment booking system including all duties and responsibilities required across these functions.
