Based in the inner western suburbs, we are currently looking for an experienced person to join our customer service team. 
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, your responsibilities will include supporting the delivery of the full range of administrative functions for the business.
Your duties will include:
Customer Service duties at Front DeskTaking OrdersAssisting with transport of products and logistics systemsAdministration with a strong attention to detailGreeting and managing visitors Trouble shooting with customer queriesLiaising with all areas of the businessThe key competencies for this role are:
Minimum of 3 years previous experience in Customer Service in an FMCG environmentPrevious knowledge in product ordering and logistics systemsIntermediate level Microsoft suite skillsExperience with Business Central system would be an advantage but not essentialIf you meet our criteria and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role with a long standing, family owned and operated Australian business, we are keen to hear from you.
