Customer Service Officer

The OpportunityAs a Customer Service Officer, you will manage the end-of-contract processes, including reconciling transactions and handling customer communications.
The role involves supporting team members, adhering to service standards, and ensuring smooth and efficient contract terminations.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely manner and to appropriate quality standards Providing flexible support and assistance to team members across the organisation as needed.
