We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer for a local council in the South East suburbs on a 3-month temporary contract working four days per week.
This role is responsible for providing high quality customer service in relation to all of councils different service offerings.
Key Responsbilities: To provide a first point of contact service to residents contacting the council delivering a customer focused approach via telephone.
Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in high volume call centre is essential.
Previous local government experience would be highly regarded.
High level computer skills, including customer request systems and databases.
A police check completed in the last six months.
