Customer Service Officer

Chandler Macleod is seeking Customer Service officers to join our client for a full time temporary role starting on Wednesday 20 November 2024 until the end of March 2025.
This role is based in East Melbourne with 3 days in office and 2 days from home.
The key responsibilities of this role will be:  Manage customer enquiries via phone and email  Assist customers within the online portal to ensure smooth access to the system Manage records To be suitable for this role you will have:  Previous experience in a Customer service position  Experience talking calls from CALD communities is highly desired  Experience in providing support both over the phone and in writing  Ability to manage high volume of calls and emails  Ability to work within a team  If you suit the above criteria and available to start by Wednesday 20 November please APPLY now - Sarah
