This is a great opportunity to work with an excellent council giving you the chance to broaden your local government experience and knowledge.
This is a part-time position & you will be working 4 days per week.
This role offers a dynamic experience, as it involves a mix of fieldwork and office duties.
Your key responsibilities include: Manage daily operations of Council's community facilities, including reservations, inspections, stock control, room setup, user training, and reporting.
Provide excellent service and communication to strengthen relationships with tenants and boost community engagement.
Develop and implement best practice policies and procedures for facility management.
Maintain assets to meet customer needs and ensure a high-quality appearance and function.
Support team operations with a focus on quality management, asset care, customer support, and compliance with risk and safety procedures.
You will have the following:  Familiarity with CRM's and administrative support systems, including electronic management and booking systems.
Experience in project administration or developing procedures and guidelines within local government or community services.
Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office applications, and ability to respond effectively to ensure high-quality customer service.
