PERSOLKELLY are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our client in their manufacturing business in Somerton ASAP.
About the role:
The Customer Support Officer plays a crucial role in facilitating smooth communication and providing exceptional support to both customers and internal teams.
The key responsibilities include handling incoming calls, delivering after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries, and coordinating third-party pickups. The role also involves creating a positive and welcoming phone presence, prioritizing tasks based on urgency, and performing various ad hoc duties as needed.
Main duties encompass:

Directing calls to appropriate departments and taking messages
Assisting customers with ticket lodging in Zendesk
Clearing tickets by offering troubleshooting support
Accurately recording customer information
Welcoming and assisting visitors while ensuring security and safety standards
Managing customer and third-party pickups
Upholding the company's values in customer interactions
Conducting data entry and generating reports
Adhoc tasks

Key skills and attributes required for the role:

Strong customer service experience
High attention to detail
Strong administration skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Ability to work independently and self-manage tight deadlines
