Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and cashiering duties in line with policies.
Process electronic payments (e.g.
BPay, AusPost) and maintain accurate records.
Assist with customer service requests, booking halls and meeting rooms, and maintaining the dog registration system.
Input office timesheets and balance daily revenue.
What We're Looking For: Strong customer service skills with a courteous and professional approach.
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Previous experience in administration, cashiering, or a similar role is advantageous.
Ability to work across two locations Riverside and Beaconsfield.
