You will need to have a great personality and a knack for problem solving, as this role requires you to be customer focused and approachable.
In this role, you will be in direct contact with our customers onboard our bus services and in the wider community.
This Role is a contract role until the end of February 2024 covering parental leave.
You will be working from our depot as well as the main curbside position in Launceston.
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities Assist to coordinate bus and employee operational movements, in relation to scheduled bus services and routes.
Take customer bookings and payment in an efficient and professional manner.
Answer phone and email enquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
Ensure all luggage is tagged correctly to ensure it is easy for the driver to allocate luggage correctly.
Assist with customer and driver questions and provide information and support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Direct interaction with drivers and passengers at the Launceston stop.
Provide information as necessary, to the relevant managers and team leaders to enable them to minimize the impacts on customers because of service disruptions or emergencies and incidents.
