RequirementsCertificate III in Business Administration3+ years' experience as a Customer Service Officer or similarPrevious experience in the manufacturing industry or Wastewater Management would be idealIntermediate to advanced administration skills and computer literacyDemonstrated experience in customer serviceDemonstrated experience in multi-tasking and prioritisingProven written and communication skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsPositive contributor to the teamSupport the service technicians dailyEnd-to-end contract management, including email and SMS customer and technical supportCollaborate with key stakeholders, including builders, councils, service technicians, and others as requiredConduct bank reconciliations, debtors, renewals, and new servicing contractsQuote and manage the finance payments attached to contracts of sale, servicing, and productsDeliver customer service to our internal and external stakeholders and customersAdministration and service delivery tasks involved with schedulingWork as part of a team to coordinate service technicians' schedules to deliver product and serviceManage phones, emails, and schedulingMaintain and update the database to reflect job statusWork to deadlines, whether that be yourself or the teamManage incoming and outgoing callsUtilise MS Office proficiently to achieve work outcomesHubSpot and XO experience desirableIf you are interested, please apply using the button below.
