Beaumont People are currently seeking experienced customer service (call centre) professionals for multiple temporary positions with full time hours.
Phone based Customer Service and Administration Full-time hours Coolangatta location You must be available to commence a role immediately Your tasks may include the following: Answering a large number of inbound calls Provide exceptional customer service Email management Perform various administration tasks as required Manage database input and updating with a high degree of accuracy Being the first point of contact for enquiries Other ad hoc administration duties as required About You: Previous experience working in a high volume call centre, reception or phone-based customer service role.
Strong computer skills, experience with computerised systems and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills Excellent written and verbal literacy skills Exceptional time management skills Exceptional efficiency, attention to detail, and organisational skills Ability to work both unsupervised and as a member of a team Please note that you MUST be available to commence immediately and be happy to work on a temporary/casual basis, some opportunities may lead to permanent roles.
