At AMA Collision Arundel, we are a large, spacious facility leading the way in high-quality collision repairs. Our team of 42 includes long-serving team members complemented by a new crew coming through.
Our specialist team completes all repairs from small to large, and our new fully equipped site includes 4 Spray Booths, 4 Car-O-Liner systems, 3 Spot Welders, and 6 front draft Prep bays.
Great staff facilities including secure onsite staff parking, large lunchroom, coffee and vending machines, and weekly staff lunches!
The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at AMA Collision Arundel.
Permanent position. Monday to Friday.
We are seeking a Customer Service professional to assist and support our wider team and managers with administration support and provide our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs.
Role ResponsibilitiesEnsuring the environment is always customer friendlyGreeting customers on arrivalKeeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehiclesContacting customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experienceTelephone and email correspondenceSupporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables, etc.)Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims/repairsQualificationsProven experience within a Customer Service positionHighly professional and personable with strong relationship-building skillsStrong systems experience and competent computer abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to meet strict deadlinesAble to work effectively and collaboratively with the teamBenefitsReward & recognitionCareer development and trainingReferral bonus for recommending a friend to work with usDiscounts on parts and toolsUniforms24/7 professional counselling for Team members and their immediate familiesWe champion our Team, because it's our people that set us apart and drive our business' success.
