Salary between $55k - $60k plus super Ongoing learning and development in finance Based in Southport with onsite parking and company perks Are you wanting to make the transition into the call centre, leading Finance Company is seeking a Customer Service / Operations Support Consultant, working within a busy customer service team you will assist customers through phone, email and online regarding new or current loan applications.Working full time Monday to Friday starting 8:00am you will also receive free Gym Membership and free onsite parking.You will be handling a high number of enquiries, dealing with clients over the phone, email and via our client portal in relation to their new loan application or current loan.You will be required to answer general enquiries and provide support for such things as document uploads and bank transaction retrievals and complete additional administrative tasks.Key responsibilities in the role include:  Assist customers with general enquiries Loan documentation uploads Assist with account updates Discuss new and existing loan applications Have strong attention to detail for making accurate file notes and updating the database Adhere to internal policy, system processes and external regulatory requirements.To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate: Ability to always remain professional, respectful, and cooperative A team player with a positive mindset An ability to build rapport and manage positive relationships Ability to multitask Able to work with a variety of customers Prior experience in a fast-paced customer environment desirable You will enjoy solving problems, helping people, strong communication, and have a can-do attitude.Apply to work for this growing organisation or contact Vanessa on email ****** for further information.
