As our Customer Service Officer, you will be based in Esperance, and responsible for delivering retail and customer services and providing administrative support to the Goldfields Esperance Region.This is a maternity leave cover from February 2025 - October 2025.
The position offers a housing and location allowance.
Please note that the remuneration package will be calculated on a pro rata basis.Your role will include:Undertaking reception duties, including front counter, facilitate guest sign ins and answer incoming callsProviding telephone support for other regions where requiredManaging customer queries including billing and metering issues and interface with Computershare or refer on where neededCoordinating visitation schedules for the region and provide support for other regions as requiredLogging office maintenance issues through the correct self-service channelsYou will have:Demonstrated experience working in a customer service roleProficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Outlook email, etc.
