About the role
We are seeking a casual Customer Service Officer to join the team at the local Aquatic Centre. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing the kiosk, booking in swim lessons, answering phones, etc. to ensure the smooth running of the facility.
Duties Provide accurate information to customers about Centre activities, fees, and events.Manage gate entry, bookings, and customer inquiries.Manage the kiosk, including food & beverage sales.Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.Skills and Experience Good customer service skills - personality & enthusiasm are the most important aspects.Current First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain one).Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).Flexible and reliable, with availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.How to apply
