Matrix Steel is looking to appoint a Customer Service Officer to join our Coffs Harbour Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships both face to face and over the phone to become an integral part of our growing sales team.
This newly created role is a permanent, full-time position, set to commence in January 2025.
Responsibilities:

Supporting an existing customer list whilst identifying new customers in the region.
Leading a small manufacturing team.
Supporting growth of S&F Roofing in the region.
Introducing our Sheds into the Coffs market region.
Driving marketing and brand initiatives in the region.
Working closely with Site Supervisors to ensure professional and efficient management of install projects.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience building and maintaining relationships.
A strong sales track record in the building industry (preferred but not essential).
Self-driven, with technical ability and effective communication skills at all levels.
Action-orientated with an energy and desire to succeed in the business.
