This is a permanent, full time vacancy. ABOUT THE ROLE Are you interested in a challenging and rewarding opportunity working in the justice system? Located at the Carnarvon Court, you will become part of a team responsible for providing quality customer service to all internal and external customers of the Magistrates Court. Provide an advisory service to all internal and external customers in relation to the practice and procedures of the Magistrates Court. Provide support services to the magistrate in and out of court. On occasion the incumbent of this position may be required to accompany the judicial officer on circuit within the region travelling by vehicle or aircraft. They may also be required to perform relieving duties at other court locations within the various regions. To be successful in this role, you must be able to provide high levels of customer service to a diverse range of people in often challenging and stressful circumstances. We are looking for someone who is resilient and who can demonstrate: An ability to communicate clearly and confidently both verbally and in writing with a diverse range of people. An ability to multitask and carry out a variety of duties through being flexible and adaptable to suit our business and customer needs. An ability to work well with technology and competently operate a range of computer systems. Being punctual and reliable. An ability to work ethically and within the boundaries of legislation and policy.
