**Overview:**
Spirit AeroSystems Holdings is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team in Canberra. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. ### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction:** Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing clear and accurate information about our products and services.

- **Problem Resolution:** Troubleshoot customer issues and complaints, utilizing an in-depth understanding of company policies and procedures to find appropriate solutions.

- **Order Processing:** Assist in processing customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and follow-up communications to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

- **Feedback Management:** Collect and analyze customer feedback and report findings to management to help improve overall customer service and product offerings.

- **Database Management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database and ensure confidentiality and data protection protocols are adhered to.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.

- **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about the latest product developments and maintain comprehensive knowledge of services offered to effectively support customer inquiries.

- **Service Improvement:** Identify opportunities for process improvement in customer service operations and contribute innovative ideas to enhance efficiency.

- **Training Participation:** Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to improve service delivery and personal growth within the organization.

### Required Qualifications:

- **Experience:** A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical or industrial setting. Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing sectors is a plus.

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business administration or related fields is advantageous.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

- **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

- **Personality Traits:** Resourceful and confident in handling customer interactions and problem-solving scenarios.
