Customer Service Officer

Job description:

Franklin Resources, a prestigious financial services company, is seeking a motivated and independent Customer Service Officer to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Assist with strategic planning to improve customer service processes and procedures- Manage customer relationships by building rapport and trust- Prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions with customers- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- Demonstrated experience in customer service roles, preferably in a financial services industry- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strategic planning skills- People management skills- Motivated and independent mindset
