We are currently offering a great opportunity for Customer Service Officer to join our stable and high-performing Customer Service team in Eight Mile Plains, QLD.
About the opportunity: Reporting to the Customer Service Team Manager, your role will provide support to our broad network of Independent Customers. Duties include:
Ensuring prompt and accurate processing of customer ordersHandling customer calls, account queries, pricing requests, and product enquiriesResolving supply issuesLiaising with Suppliers and stakeholdersYour success in this role will be measured by: The positive relationships you develop with our customers and your colleaguesYour ability to resolve customer issues promptly and accuratelyThe positive contribution you make to the achievement of team goalsYour support of the Nutrien Ag Solutions culture and valuesAbout You: You will have experience in providing excellent customer service and problem-solvingHave experience or a passion for the agricultural industryYou will be a self-motivated person capable of nurturing and sustaining strong customer relationships with the ability to follow through and "get the job done" in a fast-paced environmentYou will be keen to learn all aspects of your role and our businessPrevious experience using the SAP ERP and online portal systems will be highly regardedApply today!
