Customer Service Officer

Details of the offer

You will deal with incoming customer calls, correspondence, and enquiries, including account queries, and the processing of orders and payments.Adhere to and communicate to customers and staff alike, all company statutory regulations relating to LP Gas.In addition, you will liaise with customers, dealers, and suppliers' contractors as required.You will undertake administrative paperwork and related tasks.Furthermore, advise customers of installation details relating to gas usage, suitable delivery methods, and site compliance requirements.Set up new domestic or commercial accounts.What makes you great You are customer-focused with experience working in a service-based industry, inbound contact centres.Have an aptitude for self-learning and be comfortable with change.Have natural resilience and patience which will help you manage through peak periods and high-pressure situations.You enjoy working in a structured environment recognizing that your team, and our members, rely on you being in the right place at the right time to support them.Be a great communicator, clear and concise, (including written, verbal, and interpersonal skills) with the ability to influence outcomes, including conflict resolution.You have your own transport/vehicle.Why you will love working with us Are you looking for challenges?
