Customer Service Officer

Job ResponsibilitiesAnswer and respond to inbound phone calls regarding resolving customer issues, delivery times, quotes, general/first level technical product information, samples, and other general enquiries.Maintain internal email mailbox.Order entry on SAP.Process invoices and credits.Customer support and enquiries.Liaise with freight providers for delivery coordination.Provide assistance to Sales and Logistics teams.Your Expertise - Our StrengthPrevious experience within Customer Service/Call Centre or similar role.Have a strong understanding of Customer Service principles.Be self-motivated, quick learner, with a can-do attitude.Have excellent interpersonal/communication skills and attention to detail.BenefitsIn return for your experience and commitment, you will be rewarded with:
