About the role Reporting to Customer Service Team Leader, Daikin Australia is looking for a permanent full time Customer Service Officer based in Murarrie, QLD. In this role you will process and manage internal sales and issues relating to the allocation and delivery of the Daikin products but not limited to:
Prepare & capture sales order details into SAP system platform.Maintain accurate and timely delivery orders.Enter and action on changes to customer orders.Improving & maintaining positive customer relationships. This role has alternating shifts between 8AM – 4PM and 9AM – 5PM between Monday to Friday continuously offering onsite training & on-going development.
Currently offering immediate start if available About you Looking for an individual with a strong willingness to learn & grow professionally.Confident communicating via phone & email to our customers. Previous experience in administration and/or a customer-centric role would be ideal.Attention to detail & ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Experience using outlook, salesforce and SAP will be ideal but not essential.
