About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you'll be part of our supportive, fun-loving corporate customer experience team.
You'll be at the forefront, creating positive, memorable experiences for our key corporate accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
Fostering strong relationships with customers and Signet Account Managers
Processing sales orders to meet same-day dispatch targets
Responding to enquiries and providing effective solutions for customers
Promoting Signet products and services
The successful applicant will ideally have:
1-2 years of standout customer service experience whether in corporate or retail settings
Confidence in hitting KPIs and targets
Strong time management, administrative skills, and keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
A current Australian driver's license and own vehicle
