Greeting customers on arrival.
Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the SMART experience Telephone and email correspondence Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc) Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs Does this sound like you?
Proven experience within a Customer Service position Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to meet strict deadlines Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team Here's what's in it for you: We value our staff.
