Organisation Modelling Senior Officer | 6 Month Contract 900 p / d + super6 Month ContractMacquarie Park / HybridKey accountabilities include: Conduct organisational modelling to analyse team structures, functions, and interactions, providing accurate data to support decision-making for organisational design projects.Engage with key stakeholders to exchange information and ensure project milestones are met in accordance with project timelines.Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring, and evaluation, ensuring easy access to quality information and contributing to the successful achievement of project goals.Use both qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods to interpret business data, enabling effective decision-making and assisting in the prioritization of business objectives.Support the team by producing high-quality performance analysis and data insights.Provide comprehensive project management support, including preparing reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation, and executing and monitoring project plans.
