Our client is an innovative technology organisation based centrally on the Gold Coast. Due to their continued success and growth, a Customer Service Officer is required to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.
Your new role
As the Customer Service Officer, you will join a bubbly, dynamic team of 10 responsible for customer service, training and support to their customers. Your role will involve:
First point of contactProviding guidance and support to clients over phone and emailTroubleshooting support issuesDelivering training to new and existing clientsHandling enquiries and providing informationAdministration and support to the internal teamsWhat you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience as a front desk officer, reception or guest services within the hotel or tourism industryExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalThe ability to forward think and solve problemsThe eagerness to learn and develop your skillsWhat you'll get in return
