We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Customer Service Officer, known internally as a Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team at Nucleus Network.
This is a full time, permanent ongoing position, open to applicants based in either Brisbane or Melbourne! As the only global phase 1 clinical trials specialist with facilities in both the USA and Australia, we are committed to "advancing medicine and improving lives" by attracting exceptional talent.
Since our founding in 2004, Nucleus Network has successfully conducted over 1500 phase 1 clinical trials for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies from the USA, Europe, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and China.

Key responsibilities Handling inbound and outbound calls with potential participantsMinimum six months experience in a contact centreAssisting eligible participants by conducting phone screening questionnaires based on the clinical studies requirementsInbound and outbound calls – up to 40 + calls per daySelecting trials for participants based on eligibility criteriaBuild excellent rapport with existing and new participantsBooking appointments and updating the participant databaseRequirements Medical research/clinical operations experience would be advantageousPrevious experience in a customer facing role is preferableMust have excellent time management skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to work independently and effectively in a teamMaintain a professional level of confidentialityMeet set targets and KPI'sOpen to applicants based in either Melbourne or BrisbaneIf you are interested in applying for this position, please include a CV and cover letter with your application.
