Job Description The Opportunity Salary: $56,877 - $65,000 AUD + Super per annum We are seeking a people-focused, motivated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join us in our Osborne Park office.
This role will provide quality Front Office/Reception duties in providing a timely and efficient customer service to internal and external customers as well as assisting with racing payments function and customer queries.
You will also be assisting with RWWA head office duties and maintenance, undertaking tasks associated with RWWA's Records Management to ensure seamless processes are maintained by working with other Business Operations and Finance staff.
A day in this role could see you undertaking the following duties: Front of house Reception duties providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers Greeting all external guests Managing the phone communications system for Reception Co-ordinate the access and security passes Processing of mail and courier requests Ensure seamless processes are maintained by working with other Business Operations and Finance staff Co-ordinate the access and security audit on a quarterly basis Manage pool car booking requests Assist with Racing payment function and customer queries Undertake tasks associated with RWWA's Records Management Processing of cash and cheque payments Provide assistance with Business Operations duties as required Maintain Key register Co-ordinate stationery order requests Qualifications About you Ideally to be successful in this role you will need: Previous experience in a similar role.
Organisational skills and ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent interpersonal skills to provide quality customer service and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
