About your new job:
As an experienced Dispute Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for the management of disputed customer accounts.
Your duties will include:
Identify the root cause of disputes raised.
Investigate, mediate or negotiate resolutions by engaging and driving all internal stakeholders and customers.
Providing great customer service to customers, leaving them with a great lasting impression.
Creating and adjusting account information in the accounting system.
About you:
• Strong customer service skills (internal & external) both written and verbal.
• Ability to effectively communicate with Senior Management.
• Highly organised, with the ability to establish priorities, work in a demanding environment, and exercise sound judgment whilst applying relevant legislative or policy requirements.
• Ability to build credibility, rapport, and influence with lines of business and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic.
• A proven background in dispute resolution management.
• Sound knowledge in standard MS Suite of products.
