The key focus of this role is to greet customers, pre-qualify and support them in their exciting journey purchasing a new home. More specifically, you will:
Welcome visitors to the fully furnished Kingston display homeTake responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display homeQualify customers and provide exceptional customer service including answering questions to support customers to make informed decisionsSupport the Building and Design Sales Consultant to ensure business objectives are achievedEnsure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to a high standard and within required timeframesCollaborate cross-functionally with all departments within Wilson Homes and the NEX Building GroupSupport customers through the new home sales processAbout you You will share a passion for our purpose to be Australia's number one residential builder and be aligned to our core values.
