The key focus of this role is to greet customers, pre-qualify and support them in their exciting journey purchasing a new home. More specifically, you will:
Welcome visitors to the fully furnished Kingston display homeTake responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display homeQualify customers and provide exceptional customer service including answering questions to support customers to make informed decisionsSupporting the Building and Design Sales Consultant to ensure business objectives are achievedEnsure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard and within required timeframesCollaborate cross functionally with all departments within Wilson Homes and the NEX Building GroupSupport customers through the new home sales process About you You will share a passion for our purpose to be Australia's number one residential builder and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:
An outgoing personality with exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skillsA passion for home design and living spacesA commitment to customer service excellence The ability to engage with team members and work collaboratively toward achieving individual and team goalsStrong systems skills and the planning and organising skills to keep on top of all documentation and communications with key stakeholdersOur customers visit display homes mainly over the weekend so you must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (including Monday, Thursday, and Friday)Interested? The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening and depending on the inherent requirements of the role, may involve the completion of a National Police Check and pre-employment medical.
