Clublinks is a leisure and community management leader, managing health, fitness, and leisure facilities across VIC, NSW, QLD, and WA.Role Overview:We are currently seeking to appoint an energetic and driven Customer Service Officer.
This role will primarily work with our members and users, providing a high level of customer service whilst completing administration tasks involved in the day-to-day operation of the facilities.Responsibilities:AdministrationCustomer ServiceWorkplace Health and SafetyEvent facilitationAbout You:You will have:Current level 2 First Aid and CPRPolice Check and Working with Children CardRelevant & demonstrated industry experienceCertificate III and IV in Fitness or related tertiary qualificationExceptional communication skills both written and verbalExperience in management of social sport competitions (desirable but not essential)Experience in event management (desirable but not essential)Marketing and business development skills (desirable but not essential)Application Process:Please send your application with a cover letter and your current resume as applications will be reviewed as they are received.
