About the role As Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the branch.
Historically referred to as Bank Teller, our Customer Service Officers are leading the way with our unique philosophy.
You will be given the training you need to do what you do best – help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, recommend the bank's products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
This position is located at the Community Bank Edenhope branch. We have 2 roles available at this branch.
Both roles are part time, permanent. Role one is 4 days per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, working 09:45am to 02:15pm – total 36 hours per fortnight. The second role is Tuesday (11:15am to 02:15pm) and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 09:45am to 02:15pm – total 33 hours per fortnight. Extensive experience in a customer service environmentDemonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales resultsAn ability to confidently talk to customers face-to-face and over the telephoneAn eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank differentExperience in the banking and finance industry - a plus but certainly not essentialWhy us?
