About the team
Through the unique Bendigo Bank Community Banking model, our Alice Springs branch proudly gives back to our local community in ways that matter to our locals.
Due to the growth in business, we've been able to increasingly give back more each year, and this money goes to the things that matter to our community - decided by our community!
We have long-term relationships with most of the sporting communities within the area, and we're usually helping run the community shows, events and fairs that, as an enthusiastic local, you love as dearly as we do.
On top of that, we have a big focus on supporting the important work done by local Not for Profit organisations, particularly in the environmental space.
About the role
As Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the branch.
Historically referred to as Bank Teller, our Customer Service Officers are leading the way with our unique philosophy.
You will be given the training you need to do what you do best - help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, recommend the bank's products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
This position is located at Community Bank Alice Springs. The role is Permanent, Full Time. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.
