The Clinical Diagnostic Unit is a combined Cardiac, Neurological, and Respiratory diagnostic testing department.
The Customer Service Officer role is an integral part of the overall team.
The role can include multiple tasks such as customer service into the department and over the phone, booking scheduling, billing and receipt development, typing, and distributing of results.
The successful candidate needs good communication skills, excellent computer skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and an understanding of Medicare requirements.
We are looking for: Demonstrated ability to work in a customer-focused service environment with skills and experience in administrative and customer support operations Well-developed data entry, computer skills, and knowledge of the Microsoft suite of software applications with an ability to manage electronic databases Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with staff and consumers and maintain high levels of confidentiality Positive and engaging phone manner with all clients with a proven ability to assist in resolving their concerns If qualifications are a requirement for this position, please attach a copy in support of your application.
