About the roleAn exciting opportunity has been created for an enthusiastic individual to join the Customer Service team as a Customer Service Officer, across all five of the BCH Sites.
This frontline position is pivotal to maintaining our positive and supportive reputation within our community.
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at front reception by greeting clients and customers to Bellarine Community Health, answering telephone calls, making and rescheduling appointments, working alongside and collaborating with staff from other departments, completing end of day banking and other administrative tasks to support the daily running of the reception area.
