What you will enjoy doing Dealing with incoming customer calls, correspondence, and enquiries, including account queries, and processing of orders and payments.Adhering to and communicating to customers and staff all company statutory regulations relating to LP Gas.Liaising with customers, dealers, and suppliers' contractors as required.Undertaking administrative paperwork and related tasks.Advising customers of installation details relating to gas usage, suitable delivery methods, and site compliance requirements.Setting up new domestic or commercial accounts.What makes you great Customer-focused with experience working in a service-based industry, particularly inbound contact centres.Aptitude for self-learning and comfort with change.Natural resilience and patience to manage through peak periods and high-pressure situations.Enjoy working in a structured environment, recognizing the importance of being in the right place at the right time to support the team and members.Great communicator with clear and concise written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence outcomes, including conflict resolution.Possession of your own transport/vehicle.Why you will love working with us We face challenges every day and grow by mastering them.
