As a Customer Service Officer , you will be the first point of contact for our customers when they walk into our branch. Your role will be dynamic and rewarding, as you help guide customers towards their financial goals, referring them to the right specialists and addressing their general banking queries. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities, where no two days - or customers - are the same! The Hour
This is a part-time, branch-based role and the hours are 9.30am - 2.30pm from Monday to Friday. What will I need to succeed? Numerical Skills: Proficiency in handling cash and an ability to complete financial transactions with accuracy Customer Service Experience: ideally in a customer-facing role Personality: an energetic personality coupled with a genuine passion for helping people Resilience: Ability to remain calm and composed while managing challenging situations or difficult customers Adaptability: a will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies
