In this role, you will be the friendly voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our valued clients in a call centre environment.
What you'll be doing Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chatIdentifying customer needs and recommending the right automotive parts and accessoriesProviding technical information and guidance to customersProcessing orders and ensuring accurate and timely deliveryPresent prices and terms in accordance with Company PolicyCollaborating with the wider team to improve customer experienceWhat we're looking for Excellent customer service skills with a proven track recordAbility to effectively communicate complex information to customersAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsInitiative-taking and driven individual who has solid mechanical and/or parts experience (beyond retail)Experience in a call centre environmentCommitment to providing a high level of customer satisfactionWhat we offer
